ATHENA Leadership Forum

RUTHERFORD Cable and the Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University have partnered for the past three years to present the Rutherford ATHENA Leadership Forum. The Forum connects selected MTSU Jones College of Business women students with RUTHERFORD Cable seasoned professionals and young professionals to: Participants meet and network with established women leaders with careers in Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting and Entrepreneurship from leading area businesses and nonprofits. Held in March each year, the Forum features nationally-known speakers and topics including networking fundamentals, social media etiquette and managing your first impression. The Forum also provides free professional headshots for student participants, as well as

This is an invitation-only event! Undergraduate and graduate women students identified by the Jones College of Business as emerging leaders are hand-selected by the Dean and Department Chairs to participate in the Forum.
